ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½â€™s new Manhattan Center at 529 Fifth Avenue welcomes students for its inaugural session in Summer, 2026, with degree programs and resources that are career-oriented and highly regarded. Students of all ages, from across the United States and around the globe will benefit from our newly renovated facilities in the heart of midtown Manhattan.
There’s a growing demand for professionals in the medical field—and a concerning shortage of nurses. Adelphi has a solution: the accelerated nursing program.
The Manhattan Center will open for classes in the fall of 2026. Beginning in April 2026,it will be available for visits and tours.
ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½â€™s New York City programs are currently held at the Brooklyn Center, located at St. Francis College, 179 Livingston Street, and will move to the new midtown location when the building opens in the spring.
Starting with the Summer 2026 semester, the Adelphi Manhattan Center will offer an Accelerated Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and an MA in STEAM Education with concentrations in Math, Science, and Computer Science.
In Fall 2026, the offerings will expand to include an MS in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, an MFA in Fine Arts in Creative Writing, an MS in General Psychology—Human Resource Management Concentration, a Flex MBA and the Business Analytics Advanced Certificate, an MSW in Social Work, a PhD in Learning Sciences, a PhD in Global Higher Education Leadership, and an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management.
Yes. The Manhattan Center is available for all students who have an Adelphi ID.

Yes. The Manhattan Center will welcome Adelphi alumni with ID. Options for alumni use will be evaluated at a later date.
The Manhattan Center is designed primarily for graduate and select professional programs. Students taking classes at the Garden City campus will have professional and experiential learning opportunities at the Manhattan Center, a 30-minute train ride from campus. We like to call it GC squared: Garden City to Grand Central (Station).
Located at 529 Fifth Avenue, steps away from Grand Central Station, Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center and the Theater District, the center is the newest New York City location for your Adelphi education.

Each of the three floors has an indoor “quad” area — perfect for gathering with classmates or hanging out between classes.
A large conference room on the second floor offers comfortable seating and BIG views of bustling Fifth Avenue.
The third-floor STEAM Innovation Lab includes workstations designed to spark imagination, creativity and a love of learning.
The oversized viewing window gives visitors a peek at the action in the STEAM Innovation Lab.
Light-filled smart classrooms on the third and fourth floors are modern and inviting.
Comfortable lounge areas are found throughout the Manhattan Center’s three floors.
The nursing simulation (SIM) lab provides a real-world setting for hands-on clinical experiences.
The well-equipped library offers glass-enclosed private study rooms.
The new center features a media-rich active-learning classroom.
Windows to be installed on the third floor will add natural light to the open space.
Overhead lighting, light wood and open spaces are pervasive.
Custom wall and ceiling coverings add a clean, modern vibe.
Unique lighting fixtures are seen through the center; to the right, the STEAM lab will feature a floor-to-ceiling observation window.
