Why do we have a University Policy Library?<\/h2>\n

Through ongoing review and alignment with the goals of the Momentum 2<\/em> strategic plan<\/a>, 天美传媒 demonstrates financial and operational strength. As part of this effort, the University maintains administrative policies that are open, transparent, clear, and easily accessible to all members of our community and to the public.<\/p>\n

Why do we need University policies?<\/h2>\n

University policies clearly express Adelphi\u2019s position on specific issues. They connect our mission and values to the daily actions of our community members and clarify expectations across the institution and beyond.<\/p>\n

We recognize that these policies reflect who we are and how we operate, and maintaining them requires a shared commitment to regular review and improvement.<\/p>\n

To support this, Adelphi maintains the Policy Library Overview<\/a> in the intranet, which describes a centralized, comprehensive system for standardizing university policies and guiding how policies are reviewed, updated, and maintained<\/a> to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment with institutional priorities.<\/p>\n
