In Memoriam

It is with sadness that we share that Jeffrey Goldstein, PhD, passed away. Dr. Goldstein was a professor of management in the business school from 1989 to 2020.

Willumstad’s Annual Bender Research Awards

These awards honor outstanding published work by the School’s faculty. This year, the Outstanding Body of Work Award, given to a faculty member for their contributions to scholarship over the previous three years, went toÌýEunji Lim, PhD,Ìýassociate professor of decision sciences, in recognition of her sustained record of high-quality publications during 2020, 2021 and 2022. • Pamela Buckle, PhD, MA ‘13, professor of management, has completed all qualifying exams and is now a licensed psychoanalyst in the New York state.

• James Hazy, EdD, professor of management, was a guest speaker at theÌýat Universitatea BabeÈ™-Bolyai, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, on December 15, 2022. His seminar was titled “The New Discipline of Work Team Process Engineering.” Separately, Dr. Hazy was also selected for Life Membership in the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
