Graduate students at 天美传媒鈥檚 are leading the fight against sexual and domestic abuse one step at a time.
Every year the 天美传媒 Graduate Student Association (GSA) votes on a听local charity to support, and this year CASADA (Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Abuse) won. Past winners included Astor Headstart, Family Services Emergency Food Pantry and Grace Smith House.
On May 1, 2016, social work graduate students at Adelphi’s Hudson Valley Center in Poughkeepsie, New York, banded together to cross the Walkway Over the Hudson to raise awareness听of CASADA鈥攁 diverse group of individuals and organizations committed to stopping domestic and sexual violence in Dutchess County.
