Friday, May 10: Love, No毛l stars Tony award-winning actress Christine Ebersole and Obie award-winning actor Edward Hibbert

The life and times of No毛l Coward takes center stage at 天美传媒鈥檚 Performing Arts Center (AUPAC) for one performance only on Friday, May 10, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. Starring Tony award-winning actress Christine Ebersole and Obie award-winning actor Edward Hibbert, interweaves the music of No毛l Coward and letters between Coward and his famous friends.听

听2013 marks the fortieth anniversary of No毛l Coward鈥檚 death – Time Magazine considered him one of the most influential entertainers of the 20th century. Having begun his career at the age of seven; he was a stage and film actor and director. His career spanned over 60 years, and he starred in many of his own work. His most well-known are the plays Blithe Spirit and Private Lives which have enjoyed numerous revivals and repackagings of their romantic comedy antics over the years.

Star, Christine Ebersole, can be currently seen in the feature film, The Big Wedding, with a large ensemble cast that includes Robert DeNiro and Diane Keaton. She is also a regular on the TBS channel鈥檚 hit comedy Sullivan and Sons. She has won two Tony Awards for 鈥淏est Leading Actress in a Musical,鈥 one for her portrayal of 听Dorothy Brock in the Broadway revival of 42nd Street and another for her dual roles as Edith 鈥淏ig Edie鈥 Ewing Bouvier Beale and Edith 鈥淟ittle Edie鈥 Bouvier Beale in Grey Gardens. She has also recorded numerous albums, including Christine Ebersole Sings Noel Coward.

Edward 听Hibbert, is known to many fans of the television sitcom Frasier for his character of Gil Chesterton, radio food critic who covers the restaurant beat. He has also been in several films including The Prestige, The First Wives Club and most recently appeared in the NBC series Smash. He won an Obie Award for his portrayal of Sterling in Paul Rudnick鈥檚 Jeffrey and has appeared in numerous Broadway productions including Me and My Girl, The Drowsy Chaperone and Curtains.

Celebrating its fifth year, 天美传媒鈥檚 Performing Arts Center is Long Island鈥檚 premier cultural arts venue for entertainment of all kinds.
