Dr. Carson won the Teaching Excellence Award for untenured faculty at 天美传媒 and his teaching and research interests include literary theory, aesthetics, political theory, and ecocriticism.

Craig Carson, Ph.D, received his doctorate in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Irvine in 2007 and is a former Harper-Schmidt Fellow at the University of Chicago.听 Dr. Carson taught at the University of Paris at Nanterre from 2003-2005.听 Prior to becoming Associate Dean in the听Honors听College, he was an Associate Professor in the English Department.听 In 2013-2014, Dr. Carson won the Teaching Excellence Award for untenured faculty at Adelphi.
