ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ softball has cracked the national rankings for the first time since 2007.
In April, the (released by The National Fastpitch Coaches Association), gave Adelphi softball a national ranking for the first time since 2007. As of last month, the team, under first-year head coach Breanne Nasti, had 15 wins in 16 games (and an overall 25–7 record), which pushed them to No. 13 in the poll. Adelphi was the only Northeast-10 Conference team to appear.
On Saturday, the Panthers captured the and will compete in the upcoming East Regional Championship.
