Use this guide to set up your Regroup account and verify your contact information to ensure you receive Adelphi鈥檚 Emergency Mass Notifications.

Keeping your contact information accurate ensures you receive emergency and campus closure messages without delay.

The University Mass Notification System sends alerts during:

  • Lockdowns or hostile intruder situations
  • Weather-related closures
  • Campus disruptions or emergencies
  • Other critical university updates

Please note that although the system settings may include your email address, at this time the University is using text and voice messages to broadcast urgent messages.

How to Access Regroup

  1. Go to the service after accessing .
  2. When redirected, select 鈥淎delphi Login鈥 to sign in using your eCampus credentials (SSO).

You will be taken to the Regroup Profile Dashboard, where you will complete setup and verify your information.

Managing Your Regroup Account

All active students and employees are auto-enrolled, but you should review and update your preferences to ensure alerts reach you reliably.

When accessing Regroup for the first time, you will see a brief setup flow. You do not need to enter any information on these screens.

  1. Go to the service after accessing .
  2. Scroll to the bottom of each page and select 颁辞苍迟颈苍耻别鈥.
  3. On the final page, select Finish Sign-Up鈥.

Skip all subscriptions/groups鈥攜our account is already added automatically.

Note: You will enter your actual contact information during your next login.

On future visits, you will go straight to your Contact Profile page. Use the following instructions to adjust your notification channels in Regroup:

  1. Go to the service after accessing .
  2. In the top-right corner, select Edit Profile鈥.
  3. Review and verify your contact details:
    • Mobile phone number
    • Email address
    • Preferred notification methods (SMS/Text, call, email)
  4. Update or correct any missing or inaccurate information.
  5. When finished, scroll down and select Save & Finish鈥.

You have the option to configure your messaging preferences to include a number of languages.

To have your messaging translated, follow these easy steps:

  1. Go to the service after accessing .
  2. Go to 鈥淢y Account鈥 and select the 鈥淓dit鈥 button on the top right
  3. Choose 鈥淧osts Preferred Language Alert Text/Email Language Preference鈥 and select your preferred language
  4. Save your changes

Prevent Alerts from Being Sent to Spam

To avoid emergency calls being flagged as spam, save 516.234.5783 as 鈥天美传媒 Alert鈥 in your phone.

Visitor Opt-in Messaging

in for a fixed period of time (30 days) during their stay on campus by registering at this link. Construction crews, conference and seminar attendees, parents of children attending camps, can all benefit from this enhanced capability.

The Department of Public Safety and Transportation tests the University Mass Notification System at least once every calendar year, and such tests may be announced or unannounced. View the Emergency Notification Policy.
