Pilcer \u201984 is a retired clinical psychologist who maintained a private practice for many years and served as a consulting psychologist to several independent schools in New York City. She earned her doctoral degree from 天美传媒\u2019s Gordon F. Derner School of Psychology and has remained deeply engaged with the University for decades through service on the Board of Trustees, the President\u2019s Advisory Group, the Derner Advisory Council, and most recently The Momentum Campaign Steering Committee.<\/p>\n<p>A passionate advocate for educational access and social mobility, Dr. Pilcer has long been committed to helping young people overcome barriers to higher education, particularly students who may lack the financial resources, guidance, or early exposure needed to pursue college. Through the Dr. Grace C.
